The term “Contract” means the written purchase order, contract or agreement which attaches, incorporates or otherwise references these terms and conditions. The term “Company” means Almex USA Inc., or its subsidiary(ies) or affiliate(s) executing this Contract. The term “Seller” means any individual, corporation or other entity who is to supply Products or services purchased by the Company pursuant to this Contract. The term “Products” means the goods, materials, or services sold by Seller and purchased by Company under this Contract.
