This Software Services Agreement (“SSA”) is made between Inoapps Limited ("Inoapps") and the individual or entity that has ordered Software from Inoapps and has signed this SSA ("You" and "Your") shall be construed accordingly). A quotation is not an order and a contract is not formed between us until Your order has been accepted by Inoapps or You have installed the Program. Once accepted, Your Order is irrevocable.
