This Agreement is entered into between the Independent School District #2889, Lake Park Audubon, Lake Park, Minnesota hereinafter referred to as the School District and the Lake Park Audubon Education Association, hereinafter referred to as the Exclusive Representative, pursuant to and in compliance with the Minnesota Public Employment Labor Relations Act of 1971, as amended, hereinafter referred to as PELRA, to provide the terms and conditions of employment for teachers during the duration of this Agreement.
