This grant sub-agreement (hereinafter “Agreement”) is entered into on this 12th day of August, 2019, between Rancho Santiago Community College District (hereinafter “RSCCD”) and Peralta Community College District, on behalf of Laney College (hereinafter “SUBCONTRACTOR”), which is hosting the Bay Area region Deputy Sector Navigator for Advanced Manufacturing. RSCCD and SUBCONTRACTOR may be referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties” in this Agreement.
