Efficiency Manitoba (“EM”) offers an “Offer” to an eligible homeowner (the “Owner”) of a residential building (the “Building”) who installs energy-efficient products and materials (the “Products”) that qualify under the Ground Source Heat Pump Program - Residential (the “Program”) on the terms and conditions set out below and as set out in Program Eligibility Criteria, which forms part of this agreement.
