THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into by and between Hawaii Tribune-Herald, hereinafter referred to as the "Employer," and the Hawaii Newspaper Guild, a local (No. 39117) chartered by The Newspaper Guild/Communications Workers of America, AFL-CIO, hereinafter referred to as the "Guild," for itself and on behalf of the employees of the Employer described in Section 2.
