THIS RENTAL AGREEMENT (hereinafter “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of the date signed below by and between Starnes & Co doing business as HARTS EVENTS a LLC in MD, (hereinafter the “Venue”), having offices at 3613 St. Barnabas Rd, Unit 101-A, Suitland, MD 20746 and ____________________________ of__________________________________________(hereinafter the “CLIENT”), the VENUE and the CLIENT are collectively known as “Parties.” Venue shall also be referred to HD EVENTS throughout this Agreement.
