The license of use of the Site by the Owner to the Occupant shall be in consideration for and subject to the following terms and conditions: A Seasonal Lease for a term commencing on May 1, 20 and expiring on October 15, 20 . It is expressly acknowledged that there is no representation or assurance by the Owner to the Occupant that this license will be renewed annually and absent any written agreement of renewal of this license for any period, the Occupant shall vacate the site at the end of the term.
