THIS AGREEMENT is made between DYNASOFT LIMITED, a limited company organised under the laws of the States of Jersey (hereinafter the ‘service provider’) and a licensed customer and user of Dynasoft TeleFactura, (hereinafter the ‘Client’). DYNASOFT LIMITED and the Client shall collectively be known herein as "the Parties".
