THIS INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT dated this day of , 20 (“IGA”), is made by and between the Sender and the Host, as set forth herein, for the detention of juveniles under the supervision of Sending Party. The parties to this IGA include Pinal County, a political subdivision of the State of Arizona (“Host County”), and the Superior Court of Arizona in and for the County of Pinal, on behalf of the Pinal County Youth Justice Center ( “Host Facility”) (Host County and Host Facility may be collectively referred to as “Host”) —and— Graham County, a political subdivision of the State of Arizona (“Sending County”), and the Superior Court of Arizona in and for Graham County, on behalf of the Graham County Juvenile Probation Department (“Sending Department”) (Sending County and Sending Department may be collectively referred to as “Sender”). The parties to this agreement may also be referred to individually as “Party” or collectively as “Parties” hereinafter.
