THIS AGREEMENT is made by and between BellSouth Telecommunications, Inc., (“BellSouth”), a Georgia corporation, and, Indiana Paging Network, Inc. (“Carrier”) an Indiana corporation and shall be deemed effective as of February 1, 2002 (the “Effective Date”). This Agreement may refer to either BellSouth or Carrier or both as a “party” or “parties.”
