This Amendment (the “Amendment”) is entered into as of July 1, 2024 (the “Effective Date”), by and among Transamerica Life Insurance Company (the “Life Company”), on its own behalf and on behalf of each separate account of the Life Company as set forth in the Participation Agreement, as may be amended from time to time (individually and collectively the “Accounts”), AIM Variable Insurance Funds (Invesco Variable Insurance Funds) (the “Fund”), and Invesco Distributors, Inc.
