This Agreement is made on this 10th day of June 2024, at West Hollywood, California, by and between the City of West Hollywood, a California municipal corporation located at 8300 Santa Monica Boulevard, West Hollywood, California 90069 (hereinafter referred to as the “CITY”), and Tennacity, LLC, located at 1237 10th Street, Suite 10 Santa Monica, CA 90401 (hereinafter referred to as the “CONTRACTOR”).
