ENCROACHMENT MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT BETWEENEncroachment Management Agreement • September 11th, 2024
In accordance with 10 U.S.C. § 2684a, this Encroachment Management Agreement, including all attachments herein, hereinafter the “Agreement”, is entered into between the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, acting by and through the SECRETARY OF THE AIR FORCE or his or her authorized delegate, hereinafter called the “Department of the Air Force” or “DAF”, and El Paso County, a political subdivision incorporated in the State of Colorado, hereinafter called the “Eligible Entity”. The DAF and the Eligible Entity are sometimes collectively referred to herein as the “Parties” and individually as the “Party”. The “Effective Date” of this Agreement shall be the date upon which the last of the Parties executes this Agreement.
