This Contract, dated , 2022, is between the City of Bryan, a Texas home-rule municipal corporation, (City) and Don Jackson Construction, Inc., a Texas corporation (FIRM), whereby the FIRM agrees to provide the City with certain services as described herein and the City agrees to pay the FIRM for those services.
