THIS INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is entered into as of this ____ day of ___________________, 2024 (the “Effective Date”), by and between the JUAB COUNTY COMMUNITY REINVESTMENT AGENCY, a political subdivision of the State of Utah (the “Agency”), and JUAB SCHOOL DISTRICT, a political subdivision of the State of Utah (the “District”). The Agency and the District may be referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”.
