This COMMON UNIT PURCHASE AGREEMENT, dated as of January 6, 2017 (this “Agreement”), is by and between ENERGY TRANSFER PARTNERS, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership (“ETP”), and ENERGY TRANSFER EQUITY, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership (the “Purchaser”).
