This Settlement Agreement and Release (the “Agreement”) (including the Confidential Addendum) is made by and between, on the one hand, Arthur Jacobs, Stacy Cervenka, Lisa Irving, Dishon Spears, and Mari Hunziker (collectively referred to herein as the “Individual Claimants”), the National Federation of the Blind (“NFB”) and the Colorado Cross-Disability Coalition (“CCDC”) (who, together with the Individual Claimants, are collectively referred to herein as the “Claimants”), and, on the other hand, The Children’s Place, Inc., a Delaware corporation, including its subsidiaries and affiliates (hereafter referred to as “Children’s Place”). Claimants and Children’s Place are together referred to herein as the “Parties.”
