This merchant agreement (the "Agreement") is made between the legal entity registered as merchant in the sign-up process ("Merchant") and the Favrit entity established in the country in which Merchant is established, being: in Norway, Ordr AS (enterprise number 922255709); in Sweden: Ordr Sweden AB (559276-3246), in Denmark: Ordr Denmark ApS (42044830); and in the UK: Restaurant Revolution Group UK Limited (13265526) ("Favrit"). Merchant and Favrit will hereinafter be referred to as "Party" in the singular and the "Parties" in the plural.
