This Class Action and PAGA Settlement Agreement (“Agreement”) is made by and between plaintiff Maria Guadalupe Hernandez (“Plaintiff”) and defendants YZER, LLC (“YZER”) and Peoplease, LLC (“Peoplease”) (collectively, “Defendants”).
