This Contract for Continuing General Consulting Services is made and entered into this 4th day of June, 2020 by and between the Hillsborough County Aviation Authority, an independent special district under the laws of the State of Florida, hereinafter referred to as the "Owner", and RS&H, Inc., a Florida Corporation, authorized to do business in the State of Florida, hereinafter referred to as the “Consultant”.
