This agreement (“Agreement”) sets forth the agreement between Orlando/Orange County Convention & Visitors Bureau, Inc. d/b/a Visit Orlando, with offices located at 6277 Sea Harbor Drive, Suite 400, Orlando, FL 32821, a Florida not-for-profit corporation (“Visit Orlando” or “We”) and OR Media, LLC o/b/o Oneika Raymond, with an address at 180 NE 29th Street, Miami, FL 33137 (“Contributor,” “You,” or “Your”) with respect to one or more works to be created by Contributor at the request of Visit Orlando in connection with the Production (as defined in Exhibit A) during the Term (as defined below).
