This is an Amendment (“Amendment”) to the Interconnection Agreement between Qwest Corporation (“Qwest”), a Colorado corporation, and Lightspeed Networks, Inc. dba LS Networks (“CLEC”), an Oregon corporation. Qwest and CLEC shall be referred to jointly as the “Parties.”
