This LICENSE FOR USE OF LAKE TAPPS RESERVOIR (“License”), made as of the last date written below (the “Effective Date”), is by and between CASCADE WATER ALLIANCE, a Washington municipal corporation under Chapter 39.106 RCW (“Cascade”), and John Doe (the “Licensee”). Cascade and Licensee are sometimes referred to individually as a “Party”, and collectively as the “Parties”.
