This is an agreement among the Department of Defense (DoD), acting through the Military Aviation and Installation Assurance Siting Clearinghouse, the Department of the Air Force (DAF), acting through the Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Air Force for Installations (collectively, the “DoD parties”), and Mural Energy LLC (Project Owner). Together, these three entities are referred to as “parties” and individually as a “party.” Any reference to “DoD parties” means both parties and does not indicate that one party acts for or on behalf of the other. In this agreement, DoD does not include the United States Army Corps of Engineers when engaged in its civil works program, including any permitting actions.
