These additional terms and conditions set forth in this Exhibit C-1 (the “Additional Terms”) are part of Sourcewell Contract #020221-NWF (“Sourcewell Contract”), which governs the purchase and use by a Sourcewell Member ("Customer" or "You") of products and services offered by Verizon Connect NWF Inc. (“VCN”). Customer’s providing an electronic signature as part of completing an electronic Order Form or submitting or signing an Order Form for products and services offered pursuant to the Sourcewell Contract indicates Customer’s acceptance of the terms of the Sourcewell Contract, including these Additional Terms.
