The Superintendent of Schools, as the executive officer employed by the Board, is by Michigan Law, charged with the responsibility of supervision and direction of the work of the staff and assisting the Board in all matters pertaining to the welfare of the school district. Whenever the term "Superintendent" is used in this Agreement, it shall mean the person holding that title or any person on the administrative team to whom s/he may beforehand delegate the responsibility referred to in this Agreement.
