This Agreement is entered into on this 28th day of September, 2020 between the L'Anse Creuse Public Schools Board of Education (hereinafter referred to as the "Employer") and the International Union of the American Federation of State County and Municipal Employees AFSCME Council #25 and its affiliate Local Union #1993 (hereinafter referred to as the "Union"). The Superintendent of Schools, as the executive officer employed by the Board, is by Michigan Law, charged with the responsibility of supervision and direction of the work of the staff and assisting the Board in all matters pertaining to the welfare of the school district. Whenever the term "Superintendent" is used in this Agreement, it shall mean the person holding that title or any person on the administrative team to whom s/he may beforehand delegate the responsibility referred to in this Agreement.
