THIS SUBRECIPIENT AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made on December 21, 2022 by and between PINAL COUNTY, a political subdivision of the State of Arizona (the “County”) and COMMUNITY ACTION HUMAN RESOURCE AGENCY, an Arizona nonprofit corporation (the “Subrecipient”). The County and the Subrecipient are sometimes referred to herein individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”.
