Flying T Lease Agreement – Quercus Investments LLCGround Lease Agreement • April 16th, 2021
The Airport Board with consultation from Mayor Johnson, Stephen Zollinger and the FAA, is proposing to enter into a ground lease agreement with Quercus Investments LLC (QI LLC). This lease is different from the previously approved airport ground lease template, in that Quercus Investments is providing advance funding for the development of the Flying T property which has been acquired by the City.
