THIS SERVICE AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is between PrimePay, LLC (“Company”) and the employer listed below (“Client”). This Agreement governs the provision of the Company’s administrative services to Client that assist Client in performing certain nondiscrimination testing for tax- qualified employee benefit plans as required under the Internal Revenue Code.
