This MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING (“MOU”) is entered into by and between The Board of Governors of the Colorado State University System, acting by and through Colorado State University, for the benefit of Engagement & Extension (“CSU” or “Extension”) and the Board of County Commissioners in the counties of Delta, Mesa, Montrose, and Ouray (“BOCC”) of Tri-River Area, (“County”), (singularly “Party” and together the “Parties”).
