This is Exhibit A, 2021 Scope of Work (“2021 Scope of Work") (future Scopes of Work referred to generally as "Scope of Work") that will be referenced in a separate Agency Services Agreement ("Agreement" ), dated as of April 15, 2021 ("Effective Date"), entered into by and between City of Prescott ("Client"), and Heart and Soul Marketing, LLC, an Arizona limited liability company ("H&S") (each, a "Party", and together, the "Parties").
