This Master Service Agreement (the "Agreement" or “Terms”) is entered into by and between the subscriber ("you," "your," or "Subscriber") and Syndeo, LLC dba Broadvoice ("Broadvoice," "us," or "we"). The following actions, without limitation or qualification, constitutes your acceptance and agreement to be bound by and to comply with all of the terms of service of this Agreement: (a) your submission of an order; (b) your signature of this Agreement (c) your accepting the terms electronically during the ordering process; or, (d) your use of the Service (as defined herein). The Subscriber agrees to be legally bound by the terms of this Agreement upon signing and submitting an order. For the purposes of determining the start date and duration of the Agreement, as well as the Subscriber's selected plan, the Agreement will become effective on the date of activation, which will mark the commencement of the Agreement term.
