These General Purchase Terms (hereinafter “GPT”) apply to all Monosuisse Group plants1 (hereinafter “Monosuisse”) and are in effect by and between Monosuisse and its contracting party. Passages with location-dependent Purchase Terms are explicitly designated with the location concerned.
