This agreement is made 30 June 2020 for effect 01 July 2020 by and between Bard College (hereinafter referred to as "the College") and the Bard College Chapter of the American Association of University Professors (hereinafter referred to as "the Chapter"). The agreement is made expressly subject to all applicable laws of the State of New York, and of the United States.
