The University of Memphis operates the university housing on a contract basis for the full academic year. Your signature acknowledges that this contract is a binding legal agreement. You may not alter this contract in any way without a written agreement from the Director of Housing and Residence Life, or their official designee (hereinafter referred to as “Director”). This agreement is subject to the provisions of the University of Memphis Board of Trustees’ policy on Student Housing Regulations and Agreements available on the Housing website in the Resident Resources tab:
