THIS AGREEMENT, (the “Agreement”) is made as of October 1, 2024 (“Effective Date”), by and between Palm Beach County (hereinafter referred to as (“COUNTY”), a political subdivision of the State of Florida, and Florida Atlantic Research and Development Authority (FARDA), a public instrumentality created by Broward and Palm Beach Counties, (hereinafter the “AGENCY”), having its principal office at 3651 FAU Boulevard, Suite 400, Boca Raton, FL 33431.
