This Membership and Account Agreement is effective for all new members who join on or after July 1, 2024, (for previous members it is effective August 1, 2024) and supersedes any conflicting terms and conditions contained in any prior versions or amendments. Throughout this agreement, the agreement is referred to as the “Membership & Account Agreement.”
