« Note: The Capital Region Development Authority (CRDA) currently operates Pratt & Whitney Stadium at Rentschler Field on behalf of the Office of Policy and Management (OPM - the building’s owner), the project is being funded by the State of Connecticut and funding will be administered by the Capital Region Development Authority (CRDA). CRDA will oversee Construction. Where “Owner” appears in the Invitation to Bid (sometimes referred to herein as the “RFP” and attached hereto as Attachment 1a) and elsewhere in the contract documents, it shall generally refer to CRDA.
