THIS AGREEMENT made and entered into this 27th day of November, 2017, effective January 1, 2017, at Paw Paw, Michigan, by and between the COUNTY OF VAN BUREN and the SHERIFF OF VAN BUREN COUNTY, hereinafter referred to as the Employer and the POLICE OFFICERS ASSOCIATION OF MICHIGAN, hereinafter referred to as the POAM.
