THIS PURCHASE AND SALE AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made this day of , 2021 (“Effective Date”), by and between the CITY OF LAMBERTVILLE, with offices at 18 York Street, Lambertville, New Jersey 08530 (the “Seller”) and LAMBERTVILLE URBAN RENEWAL, LLC, with an address at 2 Hennessey Boulevard, Atlantic Highlands, New Jersey 07716 and its Permitted Assigns as such term is defined herein (the “Purchaser” and together with the Seller, the “Parties”).
