This Agreement for Mural Art Installation (hereinafter, “Agreement”) is made by and between City of Griffin, Georgia, acting by and through its Board of Commissioners (hereinafter, “City”), and Jaleel Wimbush, an individual (hereinafter, “Artist”), for the purposes of prepping, priming, and painting the exterior wall facing East Slaton Ave. (“Mural Wall”) of the structure located on the property commonly known as 120 North Hill Street, Griffin, Georgia 30224 (“Property”).
