This is a tentative addendum (“ADDENDUM”) to the agreement (“AGREEMENT”) between the Teamsters Local 856, Deputy District Attorney Unit (“DDA ASSOCIATION”) and the County of Marin (“COUNTY,” collectively “the PARTIES”), said AGREEMENT attached hereto as Attachment A. The terms of this ADDENDUM apply only to DDA ASSOCIATION-represented employees. This ADDENDUM is subject to approval by the Marin County Board of Supervisors (“BOARD”).
