The Lender has agreed, at the request of the Borrower, to provide a loan facility to the Borrower, the principal amount of which is not to exceed the amount of the Loan. B. The Lender and the Borrower have agreed to enter into this Agreement to set out the terms and conditions of the loan facility. C. The parties formalise their arrangement by executing this Agreement.
