This Addendum forms a part of the Contract Documents and modifies the original Bidding Documents and any previous Addenda. The Bidder shall acknowledge his/her acceptance of this addendum by writing its number designation on the Fee Proposal Form. Failure to do so may subject Bidder to disqualification. In case of conflict between Bidding Documents and this Addendum, this Addendum shall govern.
