This Service Agreement (hereinafter “Agreement”) is entered into by the City of Belmont, a municipal corporation (hereinafter "City"), and Dyett & Bhatia, Urban and Regional Planners (hereinafter "Consultant”) a California Corporation. City and Consultant may be collectively referred to herein as the “parties.”
