The company recognizes the Union as the exclusive Collective Bargaining Agent for all matters arising under this Agreement for all employees of the Company, located in the Region of Peel, Province of Ontario, save and except foremen and persons above the rank of foremen, office clerical, and sales department staffs, students employed during summer vacation period and persons employed less than twenty-four (24) hours per week.
