This agreement entered into this first day of July 2007 through the last day of June 2010, by and between the Bendle Education Association (hereinafter called the Association) affiliated with the Michigan Education Association (hereinafter called the MEA) and the National Education Association (hereinafter called the NEA) and the School District of Bendle, City of Burton, County of Genesee (hereinafter called the Board).
