This CHANGE IN CONTROL AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of the 22nd day of May 2025, by and among Richmond Mutual Bancorporation, Inc., a Maryland corporation (the “Corporation”), First Bank Richmond, an Indiana state-chartered commercial bank and a wholly owned subsidiary of the Corporation (the “Bank”) and Bradley M.
