This Amendment to Board of Supervisors Agreement No. 11-120 is entered into this day of , 2011 by and between the County of Mendocino, a political subdivision of the State of California, hereinafter referred to as “COUNTY” and Family Resource Center Network of Mendocino County, an unincorporated association comprised of eight non profit corporations as follows (Action Network, Anderson Valley Unified School District, Harwood Memorial Park Association, Mendocino Latinos de la Comunidad, Nuestra Alianza de Willits Family Resource Center, Potter Valley Youth & Community Center, Redwood Children’s Services DBA Arbor on Main, Safe passage Family Resource Center), hereinafter referred to as “CONTRACTOR.”
